NEPAL FLOODS
We are alongside HAPSA Nepal, supporting a locally led response
Responders are moving supplies the last hard miles into villages the roads no longer reach.
Rapid. Agile. Capable. Trusted.
REACT is a lean humanitarian organisation powered by a highly trained volunteer force drawn from emergency services, veterans, and skilled civilians operating in the UK and internationally. Our people are selected not just for what they know, but for their ability to operate calmly, decisively and responsibly in uncertain, high-risk environments.
Anywhere, anytimeWe deliver rapid humanitarian action for the hardest to reach and most vulnerable communities, bringing order to chaos.
Filling the critical gapsWe assess needs quickly, fill critical gaps, support affected communities and strengthen the wider response in both the UK and further afield.
Guided by principleWe are guided by humanitarian principles, acting impartially and always in response to urgent need.
Walking into uncertainty. Ready to act.
ON THE GROUND NOW
Nepal, one week after the flood
A glacial collapse on 26 August destroyed homes, roads and bridges through Rasuwa and Nuwakot. Villages furthest up the valley are still cut off, reachable only on foot or by helicopter.
REACT Responders are working alongside HAPSA Nepal, moving hygiene kits and generators the last hard miles.

Help us to alleviate suffering and save lives
REACT is powered by trained volunteers who give their time to reach communities others cannot. There are three ways you can be part of that.
DonateFund the kit, the transport and the last hard miles. Every response starts with someone giving.
VolunteerEmergency services, veterans and skilled civilians. If you can operate calmly under pressure, we want to hear from you.
Partner with usCorporate partnerships let us hold capability ready before the next emergency, not scramble after it.
Countries Deployed
We deploy anywhere disaster strikes. Our operations span 32 countries so far - from devastating floods in Bedford to earthquake relief in Türkiye - but we're ready to go wherever help is needed most.
Total Operations
Each REACT operation represents a full-scale response. From flood support, to earthquake relief, or crisis management - reaching communities others can't.
People Supported
Over 2,026,000 people have received assistance when they needed it most. From shelter to safe drinking water to medical aid and evacuation support - whether directly or indirectly.
