When a disaster happens, REACT Responders go where help is hardest to deliver. Our appeals fund the kit, the transport and the last few miles into communities others cannot reach.

Nepal floods

A glacial collapse on 26 August destroyed homes, roads and bridges through Rasuwa and Nuwakot. Villages furthest up the valley are still cut off, reachable only on foot or by helicopter.

REACT Responders are working alongside HAPSA Nepal, moving hygiene kits and generators the last hard miles.

Give when there is no appeal open

Most of what makes a fast response possible happens before anyone has heard of the disaster. The Rapid Response Fund keeps Responders trained, equipped and ready to move, so that when an appeal opens we are already on our way.
